On March 18, 2026, the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan hosted a festive event, a competition “The Best Navruz Corner” and sports competitions in honor of the celebration of the International Navruz.
At this festive summit, the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the Field of Transport demonstrated high skill, aesthetic taste and comprehensive training, and was awarded the Grand Prix diploma among the structures of the Ministry.
In addition, the service staff also actively participated in sports games, proved their strong physical spirit and took 1st place in the weightlifting category.
On this occasion, a solemn meeting was held at the central office of the service under the leadership of the Head of the Service, distinguished Kurbonzoda Daler Kurbon.
During his speech, the head of the service congratulated those present on the celebration of International Navruz and the latest achievements, noting that these achievements are the result of hard work and a high sense of patriotism of the personnel.
In a solemn atmosphere, responsible employees and activists who made a worthy contribution to the preparation of the New Year’s corner and sports competitions were awarded with memorable awards and gifts.
After the ceremonial part, a working meeting continued with the participation of the management, heads of structural divisions and employees of the central office. It seriously considered the issues of summarizing the results of activities for the first quarter of this year and fulfilling official duties.
The Head of the Service gave the following instructions on how to activate the activity:
– effective use of the overweight control system for cargo vehicles (WIM) and the mandatory use of electronic tablets by inspectors;
– Ensuring transparency in the collection of government payments and fines.
The head of the service expressed concern about violations of the deadlines for the transfer of administrative materials to the courts and stressed that disciplinary penalties are applied to careless persons.
At the end of the meeting, the following solutions were adopted and aimed at implementing to eliminate deficiencies and develop the industry:
– to ensure the full implementation of the work plan for the first quarter before the final meeting of the first quarter of this year;
– send administrative materials to the court no later than 3 days;
– The Departments of Personnel, Special and Legal work have been instructed to organize seminars and consultations for managers on in-depth study of industry regulations;
- to make a complete transition to digital programs and electronic documentation.
