With the advent of the season of nature’s rebirth and the beginning of the new year of the ancestors, I sincerely congratulate all of you on the glorious holiday of the nation — international Navruz.
For us, Tajiks, Navruz is a symbol of the existence of the nation, the connection of generations and the expansion of the cultural policy of the Founder of peace and national unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon. It is thanks to the efforts of the leader of the nation that this ancient holiday has acquired an international status and is now recognized as a messenger of peace, friendship, unity and purity in the world.
On this festive day, when nature puts on a new mantle, the country’s transport industry is also at a new stage of development and modernization. The contribution of each of you to ensuring high-quality control, regulation of traffic and the introduction of modern technologies in the transport industry deserves high appreciation.
