In this regard, on December 17, 2024, within the framework of the Action Plan of the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the Field of Transport, to clarify legislation in the field of traffic and transport, in particular the regulations on the service approved by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 3, 2007 No. 107, in connection with the declaration of 2024 as the “Year legal education”, a fruitful summit was held in the conference hall of the service under the leadership of the head of the Kurbonzod Service, Daler Kurbon.
During the meeting with the staff, issues of implementation of legislation in the field of road traffic and transport, including the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, international legal regulations recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of transport, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Licensing System”, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Conformity Assessment”, the Automobile Transport Code of the Republic of Tajikistan were discussed, Resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 29, 2006 No. 779 “On approval of the Rules for the movement of vehicles on highways weighing and measuring in excess of the established norms.”, dated November 8, 2011 No. 569 “On the introduction of seasonal restrictions on the weight and axle load of vehicles when they move on public highways”, dated September 5, 2002 No. 360 “on the rules of operation of highways in the Republic of Tajikistan”, No. 214 dated May 6, 2006 “On Approval of the Rules for the Operation of Adjacent Sections of Highways of the Republic of Tajikistan”, No. 107 dated March 3, 2007 “On the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the Field of Transport” and amendments thereto, Resolution No. 113-1 of the Chairman of the City of Dushanbe dated February 19, 2015”On streamlining the movement of cargo vehicles and their activities on the territory of the administrative border of the city of Dushanbe”, as well as instructions and instructions from the Founder of Peace and National Unity -the Leader of the Nation, The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, as well as the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the regulation of traditions, celebrations and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan”, “on the responsibility of parents for the education and upbringing of a child”, “on freedom of conscience and religious associations.
At the same time, within the framework of explanatory work on the content of the law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On patriotic education of citizens”, the decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan “On legal education of citizens” and the prevention of adverse factors of extremism, terrorism and extraterritorialism, imitation of foreign culture, suicide, increasing a sense of patriotism, formation of political consciousness, veneration of the shrines of the state and service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, protection of the values of national culture, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, The issues of preventing divorces of young families, anti-crisis measures and countering corruption factors, encouraging reading and book-loving were discussed.
It should be noted that the state and the government pay very serious attention to the issue of improving the legal education of every person in Tajikistan and periodically take the necessary measures in this direction, a lot of work is being done to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, increase the level of legal knowledge and education of the population, as well as to prevent offenses.
In this regard, it should be noted that such meetings are currently constantly held in the structural divisions of the Service.
