It should be noted that a collective agreement is an internal normative act regulating social, economic and labor relations between an employer and employees of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport, establishing mutual obligations between employees and the employer represented by their representatives in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
