On October 31 of this year, the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the Field of Transport held a festive event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, at which Kurbonzoda Daler Kurbon –Head of the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the field of Transport, Sanginzod Donier Shomakhmad-Doctor of Law, Professor, Sohbzoda Muhammadjan-Candidate Associate Professor, Habibzoda Zoir – The Chairman of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in the Sino district of Dushanbe, the heads of departments of the central office of the service and the heads of its structural divisions took part.
The holiday began with the performance of the national anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Subsequently, Kurbonzoda Daler Kurbon, Head of the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the Field of Transport, made a congratulatory speech, sincerely congratulating those present and in their person all dear compatriots on the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan.
As it was noted, independence and Freedom, National Unity, the people’s president, the state language, the flag and the Constitution, as the Six Pillars of existence and the pillar of the palace of the foundation of dear and new Tajikistan showed the people of the country the line of happiness and the Gospel. In this regard, the people of Tajikistan, considering the Constitution as a sacred National pillar, a fateful act and a book of happiness, have been striving for thirty years to ensure a happy family life and a bright future of the ancestral land in the light of the implementation of its norms.
Taking into account the role and place of the Constitution in the life of society, the Founder of peace and national unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, stated in one of his speeches that “The Constitution is a truly historical and sacred act of every state and nation, regulating all important relations in society. People in whose bosom the seed of creation and creation has sprouted can hope for a good future. The Constitution of our country originated from the heart of the people, it leads us to a prosperous, free, democratic and legal future.”,
In this context, it should be noted that the role of the Constitution in the field of transport and road management of the Republic is also very important, since it establishes not only the protection of citizens’ rights, but also the duties of the state to break the communication deadlock. Constitutional norms contribute to the formation of a fair and efficient system of transport and road management, which generally forms the basis for ensuring favorable living conditions for the population.
It is the Constitution that guarantees freedom and human rights, including freedom of speech, freedom of conscience and the like, as the basic law. Obviously, the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution is another suitable opportunity for us to think about building our democratic, legal, secular and social State.
