On May 14, 2026, an extended workshop was held in the conference hall of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport. It was attended by the management of the service, employees of the central office, personnel of the Service Department in the Gissar region and a representative of the department of the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in the cities and districts of the Gissar Valley.
This meeting was convened to meet the requirements submitted by the Department of the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in the cities and districts of the Gissar Valley dated 03/31/2026, №28-134 “on eliminating the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of administrative offenses.”
During the meeting, the main points of the agency’s proposal were seriously discussed and an exchange of views was held in the following areas:
– identification of factors leading to the commission of administrative offenses in the field of transport;
– strict observance of legal norms and professional ethics of service personnel in the performance of official duties;
– preventing any manifestations of corruption and increasing the personal responsibility of each employee.
According to the representative of the Agency’s department, Habibullozoda I.H. in his speech, he gave specific recommendations on the legal consequences of committing offenses and effective ways to prevent them. The management of the Service gave strict instructions to the responsible persons of the industry and the staff of the Administration of the Gissar region to eliminate these shortcomings and strengthen control in the relevant areas.
The State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport will continue to take the necessary measures to ensure transparency and timely implementation of the instructions of regulatory authorities.
