One of the issues that is emphasized at every meeting of the management of the Service is the control of state institutions for the maintenance of highways in all regions of the republic. On this basis, every day the staff of the service strengthen their work and take the necessary measures in relation to institutions that seem unimportant. This week, specialists from the Office of the State Control and Regulation Service in the city of Dushanbe revealed such negligence on a number of streets and avenues in Firdavsi and Shohmansur district that it became necessary to repair roads that obstructed the movement of vehicles. The Department’s staff took appropriate measures for irresponsibility and negligence in relation to the Firdavsi and Shohmansur districts and drew up protocols of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with Article 511 Part 1.
