COLLECTIVE COOPERATION IS A FACTOR IN REGULATING THE TRANSPORT SYSTEM IN THE CAPITAL

Based on the instructions and instructions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the executive body of the State authority of the city of Dushanbe, the Office of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport in the City of Dushanbe, together with the relevant city structures, has strengthened joint control measures.
In order to regulate the operation of cargo vehicles and improve passenger service, a joint working group was established, consisting of the following representatives:
– Inspectors of the Office of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport in the city of Dushanbe;
– specialists of the State Institution “Dushanbe Transport”;
– representatives of the DS Card project (electronic payment system);
– other structural divisions of the Dushanbe City Government.
During the joint operations, the main attention was paid to the following issues:
– compliance with the culture of communication between drivers, the sanitary and technical condition of vehicles and the mandatory use of electronic cards when paying for travel;
– regulating the movement of heavy-duty vehicles along the central streets of the city, preventing the destruction of asphalt roads and compliance with load-bearing capacity standards;
– identification and prevention of cases of illegal passenger activity and movement of vehicles without a license.
It is worth noting that only through the close integration of management structures and the use of modern technologies, including tablets and the DS Karta system, will we be able to bring the level of transport services in the capital in line with international standards.
These events have shown that the joint activities of structural divisions double the effectiveness of control and lay a favorable foundation for a more orderly transport regime on the streets and avenues of the city of Dushanbe.
The Service will continue to take strict measures to fulfill its official duties and provide quality services to citizens.
