CERTIFICATION OF CIVIL SERVANTS OF THE STATE SERVICE ON CONTROL AND REGULATION IN THE FIELD OF TRANSPORT

The certification of civil servants is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Civil Service” in order to determine the conformity of the position held by civil servants.
In this context, in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated May 30, 2008 №468 “On approval of the Regulations on the procedure and conditions for certification of civil and Administrative Employees” and the order of the Head of the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the Field of Transport dated January 5, 2026 №02, from January 19 to January 23 of this year, certification of 90 civil servants of the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the Field of Transport.
During the attestation, the Chairman of the commission, D.K.Kurbonzoda, representatives of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, N.Mukimzoda, the Agency for Civil Service under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, M. Raufzoda, the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, K. Khodizoda, and other members of the commission participated.
In this regard, it should be noted that the training of highly qualified personnel within the framework of the instructions and instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, is in the first place and special attention is paid to the timely implementation of staff activities.
