It is brought to the attention of drivers of motor vehicles that, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 3, 2024 No. 181, the movement of motor vehicles through the Khobu Rubot pass on the RB03 Labi Jar–Sangvor–Darvaz highway will be prohibited.

In accordance with the requirements of Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Highways and Road Activities”, paragraph 8 of the Regulation of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated May 6, 2011, №250 and the letter of the State Institution “Management of Highways”GBAO dated November 25, 2024, №8/19, in order to practical implementation of measures to ensure traffic safety on the Labi Jar-Sangvor-Darvaz highway, dated December 9, 2011, 2024 on the Rb03 Labi Jar–Sangvor highway – Darvaz”, the section of the Sagirdasht – Khumb Fortress road through the Khobu Rubat pass, the movement of all types of vehicles will be temporarily prohibited.The movement of all types of vehicles is carried out along the Rb04 Dushanbe – Kulma highway (through Kulyab – Fortress – Khumb – Khorog-Murghab).
