On December 3, 2024, a control meeting was held in the conference hall of the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the Field of Transport under the leadership of the head of the Service, dear Kurbozoda D. K., with the participation of employees and heads of structural divisions and the central office of the Service.
At the meeting, the head of the service gave specific instructions and instructions to responsible persons on the complete elimination of exceeding the established norms of movement of their cargo vehicles, the export of the number of taxis exceeding the quota of enterprises and passenger taxi companies, the import of passenger vehicles from cities and districts in the territory of the city of Dushanbe and strengthening control and regulation of their activities.
Due to the fact that the experts of the State Unitary Enterprise “Center for certification of works and services in the field of transport ” independently operated on motorways without representatives of the service, a serious remark was made and instructions were given to immediately fix the problems.
In addition, it was noted that there were cases when employees of the Automobile transport and Logistics Services”
State Institution, dressed in the official uniform of the service, posed as employees of the service and acted on highways and checkpoints using a sign, which contradicts legislative requirements. In this regard, the heads of the structural divisions of the service received specific instructions to prevent and prevent such situations.
During the meeting, D. K. Kurbonzoda made a speech about the fines provided for in the protocols on administrative offenses of 2022-2023-2024, and once again warned those responsible not to be irresponsible in fully collecting funds by the end of this year, since otherwise appropriate disciplinary measures will be applied to persons who do not ensure enforcement.
Subsequently, strict instructions were given on the issues of monitoring the process of conducting 20-hour classes at transport enterprises and societies, mapping the location of transport enterprises and societies, monitoring and regulating the activities of passenger and cargo vehicles, especially heavy-duty ones.
The Digital Program Department and those responsible for the structural units of the service related to the use of the digital program stressed that by the end of the year all remaining problems in this area will be solved.
Then, appropriate instructions were given to prepare for the New Year (2025) and on New Year’s Eve to present gifts to boarding schools, encourage staff and prepare greeting cards to responsible persons.
Following the meeting, appropriate decisions were made taking into account the issues discussed.
