A working meeting of the management and staff of the structural divisions was held at the central office of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport, chaired by the head of the Service, D.K. Kurbonzoda. The main topic of the meeting was the analysis of the process of fulfilling the legislative requirements for filing declarations on income and property status of civil servants for 2026.
During his speech, the head of the service, D.K. Kurbonzoda, stressed that strict compliance with article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Combating Corruption” and article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Civil Service” is a vital duty of every civil servant. It was noted that declarations must be submitted annually by April 1, and this requirement is also mandatory when applying for competitive work.
During the meeting, the results of the letter from the Civil Service Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 30.04.2026 were studied and the process of monitoring the filing of declarations was critically analyzed. The head of the service warned that strict disciplinary measures are being taken for late submission of the declaration in accordance with the law.
As a result of the meeting, the following decisions were made:
– all civil servants of the service are obliged to feel personally responsible for meeting the deadlines for filing declarations and to avoid any corruption offenses in this direction.;
– heads of structural divisions are instructed to strengthen control over subordinate employees and, if any delay is detected, contact management with a proposal to take disciplinary action.;
– The Department of Personnel and Special Work is tasked with constantly monitoring the process of submitting declarations and promptly reporting the results to the civil service agency.
