Valiant officers and soldiers of the Motherland and dear colleagues! It is with the greatest pride and respect that I congratulate all of you and, through you, the entire glorious people of the country on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Protecting the independence, security and stability of the State is one of the most sacred values of any nation. The armed forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, as a reliable shield of the Motherland, play an important role in ensuring national security and protecting the borders and territory of the country. The celebration of the 33rd anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces is a sign of the people’s deep respect for the defenders of the Motherland and a symbol of national pride.
This historical date has a special significance for every self-proclaimed citizen, as it reflects the path taken by the national army during the years of independence.
The Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, as a great school of courage, fortitude and bravery and a guarantee of a peaceful life for the people, under the leadership of the Hero of the Republic of Tajikistan, Supreme Commander–in-Chief of the Armed Forces, leader of the nation, founder of peace and national unity, President of the country, the respected Emomali Rahmon, have turned into an organized and equipped structure that plays a great creative role in protecting the Motherland, protecting the interests of the State, strengthening its independence, security and defense potential.
Our national army is a product of the era of State independence and one of the main pillars of our national statehood. As the founder of peace and national unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Supreme Commander—in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Emomali Rahmon, emphasized: “The national army is a reliable shield of the state and defender of peace and stability in the country.”
It is thanks to the vigilance of the defenders of the Motherland that we are working in a calm and peaceful atmosphere today, the country’s transport industry is also on the way sustainable development.
Service in the Armed Forces is a school of courage, perseverance and patriotism for every ambitious young man.
The Feast of the People’s Army, the feast of courage and bravery, the feast of the brave defenders of the Motherland. Undoubtedly, each of you is a true patriot, and you make a great contribution to the improvement and protection of our beloved Homeland.
