Nowadays, learning foreign languages is one of the priorities in the country’s education sector. After all, the process of globalization has a profound impact in this direction, gradually requiring citizens of the country to know a foreign language.
The need to learn foreign languages is at the center of attention of the state and the government, and the founder of peace and national unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, in his messages to the Majlisi Oli, always gives specific instructions and instructions to improve the level and quality of language education for young people.
The founder of peace and national unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, dear Emomali Rahmon, considers knowledge of foreign languages mandatory and necessary at each of his meetings and conversations and emphasizes the need to further double the study of foreign languages nationwide.
In the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan [12/16/2025], it was emphasized that teaching foreign languages should be aimed at developing the ability to communicate freely and effectively.
In this regard, in order to ensure the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 18, 2024 No. 795 “On learning foreign languages”, the Service’s management has taken measures to study foreign languages, including Russian and English as languages of international communication. In particular, the order of the head of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport dated March 29, 2024 No. 33 “on the study of foreign languages in the service and its structural divisions”, which is under the supervision of the head of the Service Kurbonzoda Daler Kurbon, was approved.
Based on the requirements of this order and the instructions of the head of the service, foreign language classes are organized in the central office and structural divisions of the Service with the involvement of experienced teachers of Russian and English, and personnel take part in language proficiency improvement activities.
