At the meetings, much attention was paid to the issues of complete prevention and elimination of the passage of heavy-duty and oversized vehicles in excess of the norm, taking appropriate measures against the sender, recipient and owner of the cargo in accordance with Article 82 of the Automobile Transport Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, unhindered and dirty movement of cargo vehicles on highways, the organization of transport washing points near buildings under construction in the city Dushanbe and other cities and districts of the country, compliance with legal provisions on adjacent road sections based on current legislation, responsible and high-quality performance of official duties, fully non-cash financial activities and full use of digital programs, prevention of illegal actions by employees, full weighing at weighing points and subsequent issuance of weighing certificates, as well as certificates of conformity and competencies, complete assembly and installation of control and measuring devices points with solar-quality panels and surveillance cameras, licensing of maintenance and repair points for automobile and railway transport, transport terminals and parking lots in the entire transport complex, regulation of the activities of rented taxis in the city of Dushanbe and other cities and regions of the country and their placement in passenger terminals, etiquette of communication with passengers, wearing official clothes, driver’s appearance, driving culture, safety and passenger safety, as well as the sanitary and ecological condition of the passenger vehicle and the passage of passenger transport to the end of the route, constant awareness-raising with the heads of companies and enterprises of the transport complex and drivers, improving the professional literacy of employees, the level of language proficiency and skills with computers and other modern digital devices and equipment, overcoming traffic congestion and comprehensive training in winter period, In accordance with the requirements of the Procedural Code of the Republic of Tajikistan on Administrative Offenses and the Code of the Republic of Tajikistan on Administrative Offenses, the implementation of protocols on administrative offenses and the payment of fines to the republican budget were demonstrated within the established time frame.
During his speech, the head of the Dushanbe City Service Department, Murodzoda Bahodur Mahmadullo, said that employees should conduct their activities within the framework of the protocol instructions of the head of the service in accordance with the instructions of the Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, direct their energy to the bright future of their beloved country, work diligently, fruitfully and creatively.
