On December 15 of this year, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Head of the Service, Kurbonzoda D.K. The meeting was attended by senior management and senior staff of all structural divisions. The main purpose of this meeting was not only to provide a detailed and comprehensive explanation of the copies of the protocols of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, but also to ensure their practical implementation in the daily activities of the service, which addressed important issues of the development of the transport industry, improving the quality of services, improving infrastructure and coordinating activities with international standards.
In particular, the meeting discussed paragraph 42 of the copy of the Protocol of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated July 31, 2025 No. 8, which discussed issues related to the provision of accurate and high-quality data for inclusion in the speeches of the head of state.
At this point, a serious emphasis was placed on data quality. In this regard, employees were instructed to strictly refrain from providing superficial information containing outdated, inaccurate sentences and phrases of low content. Instead, all data should be prepared based on scientific research, pure statistics and best practices to contribute to the sustainable development of the industry.
At the same time, issues of adaptation of employees to modern requirements were discussed at the meeting. In particular, specific instructions and instructions were given for employees to work with modern computer technologies, such as data management software (for example, GIS systems for transport management), online training and the use of artificial intelligence in traffic regulation.
At the same time, the heads of the structural divisions of the service were instructed to familiarize their employees with this resolution and ensure its compliance and implementation.
This meeting is a vivid example of the service’s commitment to fulfilling government directives and instructions and improving its activities, which ultimately contributes to the improvement of the transport industry and the improvement of public services.
