Chaired by the Head of the Service, Distinguished Kurbonzoda Daler Kurbon, held a working meeting with the participation of his deputies, heads of departments and divisions of the central office of the service, as well as heads of various structural divisions of this body.
During the meeting, a number of unresolved and important issues of the industry were discussed in detail. These issues related to the main activities of the services, including control over the movement of cargo and passenger vehicles, regulation of their activities and compliance with laws.
Special attention was paid at the meeting to the issues of following the instructions and instructions of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, timely implementation of the inspection plan, improving the effectiveness of control and regulation, and ensuring compliance with the requirements of industry legislation.
During the meeting, Mr. Kurbonzoda D.K. instructed all responsible persons that every employee and manager should make serious and conscientious efforts to fulfill their duties. In particular, the main tasks are: regulating the operation of heavy-duty vehicles (for example, trucks with excess capacity), passenger (city buses and taxis), strengthening control at checkpoints (places where the weight and condition of transport are checked) and border crossings (country border crossings).
The use of digital programs (electronic systems for recording and monitoring) was also emphasized, which make it possible to make activities transparent and efficient, as well as to collect fines in protocols on administrative offenses (fines for traffic violations).
The head of the service warned that activities in these areas should be dynamic and consistent so that all offenses are detected and eliminated in a timely manner, and this will help regulate the transport complex and prevent premature breakdowns of highways.
