Dear compatriots and colleagues!
On the occasion of the Day of Adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, which is celebrated annually on November 6, I sincerely congratulate all of you. This significant day is known in the history of our nation as a symbol of independence, national unity and the development of modern statehood.The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, adopted on November 6, 1994 and supplemented by the reforms and amendments of 1999, 2003 and 2016, has become the legal basis for building a just society, protecting human and civil rights and freedoms, as well as the economic and social development of our country.
The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, as the most important act of statehood and the most valuable achievement of the period of State independence, has become the foundation of political stability, national unity and sustainable development of the new Tajikistan over the years of independence. It was on the initiative and leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, that the current Constitution with its 10 chapters and 100 articles was adopted as a single legal norm and today ensures the protection of human rights and freedoms, the rule of law and the development of a democratic, legal and secular society.
The Constitution allows us, the employees of the industry, to build a modern transport system that meets modern requirements. We always strive to monitor and regulate this area in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and other regulatory legal acts in order to serve the interests of the people and the economic development of the country.
May this day give us all fresh energy to contribute to the well–being and prosperity of our beloved Homeland, independent Tajikistan. I wish that peace and tranquility, national unity and progress always accompany our people.
