On October 3, 2025, a meeting was held at the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport on the occasion of the “Day of the State Language of the Republic of Tajikistan” under the title “Language as a Factor in the Formation of National Identity”.
The meeting was attended by the management and employees of the central office and structural divisions of the Service, who spoke at the event.
In particular, it was emphasized that Tajik is proud of the fact that the Tajik language is considered one of the oldest languages in the world, and that scholars and great figures of science and literature have created world-renowned works in this language and have made a significant contribution to enriching the treasury of world culture and civilization. In this regard, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, emphasized: “The Tajik language, which is considered one of the oldest and most beautiful languages in the world, has described the ancient history, unique culture, and civilization of a nation that has provided the world with life lessons and great human morality, and continues to fulfill this mission to this day.”
It should be noted that during the period of state independence, under the far-sighted and moral policies of the nation’s leader, the esteemed Emomali Rahmon, in our beloved country, independent Tajikistan has placed a special emphasis on the issue of genuine respect and reverence for the state language, ensuring its dignified status and further development. As a result of the consistent implementation of state policy aimed at developing the language, the linguistic values and real potential of the language have expanded unprecedentedly in society, and the Tajik language, as the language of the Tajik state, has received support from high-ranking international organizations. Indeed, it is the sweet and elegant Tajik language that has united our nation for thousands of years and led us to our current happy period.
The State Service for on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport is taking the necessary measures to implement one of the most important areas of state and government policy, as well as to carry out the instructions and orders of the leader of the nation in connection with the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the State Language of the Republic of Tajikistan” and the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the State Language Development Program for 2020-2030”.
After all, knowledge and application of the norms of the native language is a sign of respect for the nation, Motherland, sovereign state, national and patriotic pride.
At the end of the meeting, taking into account the opinions and suggestions of the employees, the relevant decisions were made.
