On July 22, 2025, a working meeting was held under the supervision of the Head of the Service, with the participation of responsible employees from the regional departments, to discuss the complete prevention of heavy-duty vehicles on highways and the regulation of their activities. It was noted that during the introduction of seasonal restrictions on vehicle axle loads, cargo is mainly transferred at night.
The issue was raised that, in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code, it is necessary to strengthen supervision of workers at night, and to completely prevent and take measures against heavy-duty and illegally operated vehicles that literally transport goods at night.
It was considered necessary to conduct explanatory work with manufacturing enterprises to prevent the overload of goods and products on a motor vehicle, as well as to cover the scattered goods with a protective curtain.
The employees were strongly emphasized that measures would be taken before dismissal in the event of facilitating the passage of heavy vehicles.
Based on the discussions at the meeting, appropriate decisions were made.
