At a meeting of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport on June 2, 2025 with the participation of the management and employees of the central office and structural divisions of the service in connection with the clarification and application of the contents of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan on the establishment and strengthening of responsibility for the illegal use of electricity, A meeting was also held on its strict observance and enforcement under the title “illegal use of electricity entails administrative and criminal liability.”The purpose of the meeting was to increase the legal literacy and knowledge of employees, to clarify the contents of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Tajikistan on the establishment and strengthening of responsibility for the illegal use of electricity, as well as its strict observance and enforcement.
