ADVERTISEMENT: SEASONAL RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED ON THE WEIGHT AND LOAD ON THE AXLES OF VEHICLES WHEN THEY MOVE ALONG PUBLIC HIGHWAYS

The State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport informs highway drivers, citizens and visitors that in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated November 8, 2011 No. 569 “On the introduction of seasonal restrictions on the weight and axle load of vehicles when driving on public highways” in order to preventing premature destruction of public highways, seasonal restrictions on the weight and load on the axles of vehicles when driving on public highways have been introduced since June 1 of this year, when the daytime air temperature exceeds 25 degrees Celsius, the movement of vehicles on paved highways is allowed from 10-00 to 20-00 hours.In this regard, drivers of vehicles are respectfully asked to ensure strict compliance with the above provisions.In case of violations on the road, administrative penalties will be applied to drivers.
