On March 12, 2025, a control meeting was held under the head of the service with employees of the central office and the Department of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport in the Bokhtar region under the leadership of Kurbonzoda D.K.
The meeting discussed the results of the activities of the staff of the Service Department in the Bokhtar region, including noting that the level and quality of transport services in the cities and districts of the Bokhtar region, difficulties and shortcomings in the region, the attitude of employees to the tasks assigned to them, the regulation of passenger and cargo vehicles, especially heavy-duty vehicles and taxi, as well as following the instructions and instructions of the management of the service, they expressed their opinion in detail and assessed the results of the work of the department as unsatisfactory and inadequate. Comments were received on the work, documentation, receipt and submission of monthly reports, and it was noted that the management and responsible persons of the department and management departments are irresponsible and negligent.
Then the head of the service reviewed and comprehensively analyzed the results of the audit of the working group, discussed all the shortcomings and omissions identified and recorded in the document in the implementation of protocols on administrative offenses, the recovery of blocked fines, missing protocols, the issuance of special licenses and permits, the difference in the number and amount of indicators indicated in the submitted reports with the indicators of the audit results separately..
The head of the service has firmly set the task of eliminating all existing shortcomings within 1 month and subsequently, in accordance with the established procedure, to establish the exchange of protocols on administrative offenses and seriously monitor their turnover. In case of any misunderstandings or unfair treatment of the law enforcement service, it is necessary to take measures, as well as provide the Service management with reasonable arguments in favor of their result.
