In honor of the “World Football Day”, on the initiative of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, a mini-football sports competition for the “Minister of Transport Cup” was held, in which the football team of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport defended the honor of the institution with unique success.
The football team of the service, which from the first days of preparation entered the field with a high patriotic spirit and professional skill, firmly adhered to its main goal — to show a beautiful game, unity and conquest of the top.
The tournament officially started after the draw and the official meeting of team representatives, which took place on May 7, 2026 in the building of the Ministry of Transport and continued to this day.
It should be noted that sport is a symbol of health and beauty, as well as a link between friendship and solidarity. Throughout the game, the service representatives demonstrated resilience, strong will and coordinated tactics, consistently defeating their rivals.
In the final game, our players showed double skill and earned the “first place”. In a solemn ceremony, the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, the esteemed Azim Ibrahim, presented the winning team with the highest prize of the tournament – the Cup of the Minister of Transport, the honorary titles of “Best Striker”, “Best Goalkeeper” and medals.
