“Youth is a creative force
and the driving force of today’s and tomorrow’s state.”
On May 22 of this year, a solemn event dedicated to the Youth Day of Tajikistan was held in the meeting room of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport. This event was held on the basis of the action plan of the service and with the participation of the leadership, youth of the Central Office and its structural divisions.
During the event, the leadership and speakers emphasized that the Founder of Peace and national unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, has made public youth policy a key focus of his policy and constantly pays special attention to this future segment of the country.
The annual celebration of Youth Day (May 23) is a clear evidence of the attention and concern of the top leadership of the state about the life of youth as a creative force of the country. During the 35 years of independence, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has periodically taken concrete steps to address the problems of youth, strengthen their activism in society and ensure the active participation of this stratum in the political, economic and social life of the country.
Interesting and analytical data on the country’s demographic statistics were presented at the event, which show Tajikistan’s position at the international level:
– the average age of the country’s population is 22.5 years (according to an analysis by international organizations);
– the proportion of young people under the age of 35 in the country (more than 70% of the total population).
That is why our Tajikistan is among the countries with youth priority and is considered a country of youth.
It was noted that today the happy youth of the country actively participates in all spheres of life of the national economy, including in the transport sector, achieving significant success and great success. The contribution of youth especially to:
– strengthening the foundations of statehood and sustainable development of the national economy;
– construction of roads, tunnels, bridges and power plants, large and small;
– the construction of social facilities and the process of development and improvement of the country are very valuable.
Today, all necessary conditions have been created for young people, including decent conditions for studying, playing sports and a healthy lifestyle.
At the end of the event, it was emphasized that in response to this concern and support of the leader of the nation, youth and employees of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport, it is necessary that:
1. Be proficient in modern industry professions and specialties;
2. Learn foreign languages;
3. This is their desire for knowledge and conscientious work, so that they can make a worthy contribution to the comprehensive development of independent Tajikistan.
The celebration of Youth Day in the service in an atmosphere of peace, friendship and love for the Motherland ended with special pomp.
