Results of the activities of the Office of the State Service for on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport of the city of Dushanbe in the first quarter of 2026

On 04/02/2026, a meeting was held on the results of the activities of the Office of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport of the city of Dushanbe with the participation of the Deputy head of the service, at which the implementation of previously given instructions and instructions was analyzed and comprehensively discussed. In this regard, in order to more fully regulate the activities of the road transport industry and eliminate shortcomings, new issues were raised, including: strengthening control over the use of sections adjacent to roads, the creation of vehicle washing points near construction sites under construction, preventing the movement of heavy-duty vehicles, users with digital software, control over maintenance on routes, execution of fines and protocols on administrative offenses. It was also noted that in order to eliminate congestion in a difficult situation at points of heavy traffic of inner-city vehicles, inspectors are insured at the expense of management tools and carry out activities together with the State Automobile Inspectorate. Suspects in the control of transport cards were also instructed, in cooperation with the relevant authorities, to provide citizens with transport cards for the convenience of using public transport vehicles (buses, trolleybuses and minibuses), as well as to take measures against citizens who refrain from using transport cards from cash. The Board was instructed to take measures to prevent the occurrence of an appeal from citizens and provide the citizen with a response in writing or electronically. At the same time, they exercise strict control over taxi vehicles.
