With respect, sincere pride, dedication and love, I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the Day of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, this sacred and fateful holiday. I wish every Tajik family great love, grace and blessings, good health and happiness. I wish eternal peace, steady development and eternal prosperity to our beloved Homeland, dear Tajikistan.
This day is not only a celebration, but also a moment of remembrance of all the sacrifices and self-sacrifice that fill our hearts with gratitude and pride.
The meeting of this fateful phenomenon in the fate of independent Tajikistan is never accidental, because all the unique economic, industrial, political, social, spiritual, cultural and sporting achievements that surprise us today are due to the wise, selfless and loving measures of the Founder of Peace and national unity, the Leader of the nation, the President of the country, the respected Emomali Rahmon. Every corner of our country today is evidence of how one great personality can change the fate of a nation – from the ruins of war to the peaks of prosperity, from disintegration to lasting unity.
The first swearing-in ceremony and inauguration of the President of the country took place at the session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tajikistan on November 16, 1994. Those exciting moments, which were imprinted in the memory of every Tajik, became the beginning of a new stage of statehood – the presidential administration, which ensured the further prosperous development of the country. In this regard, in the legislation of independent Tajikistan, November 16 was adopted as President’s Day, and in 2016, by a decision of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, it was declared an official holiday. Every year this day is celebrated with special splendor and warm national feelings, which is a sign of the greatest respect and sincere love for the role of the leader of the nation in the modern history of Tajikistan. Remembering those difficult days of the 90s, our hearts are filled with gratitude, because it was the wisdom of the Leader of the Nation that saved us from the abyss of decay and paved the way for a brighter future.
In order to respect and recognize the merits of the new policy and statehood of the country, ensure peace and unity of the people of this ancient Land, as well as enhance the authority and status of independent Tajikistan in the international arena, which all stem from the wise, creative and co-religionist policy of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, today we live in a peaceful, peaceful and constantly developing country. During the years of the rule of respected Emomali Rahmon, Tajikistan has transformed from a war–torn country into a developed and respected state: thousands of kilometers of modern roads have been built, Rogun-type power plants are the dream of every Tajik, industrial enterprises and educational institutions have been built, all this contributes to improving people’s lives and fills our hearts with national pride. The successful foreign policy of the leader of the nation also presented Tajikistan as a provider of global initiatives, including in the field of water resources and climate change in the world, which makes every Tajik proud in all corners of the world. With eyes full of tears of joy, we look at everything that the leader of the nation has done for every citizen of the country, from preserving peace to building a bright future for future generations
Today, every resident of the Republic of Tajikistan and all Tajiks of the world appreciate the Founder of Peace and national unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali, as a wise leader, world–class politician, peacemaker and unifier, father and mentor of the nation. It is thanks to the dedication, courage and heroism of the President of the Republic that our Motherland is moving forward with firm steps in an atmosphere of peace, development and stability. Every word of the Leader of the nation is like a ray of hope settling in our hearts, and every action brings us closer and makes us stronger. With warm feelings of gratitude and love, we pray for the Leader of the nation, so that Allah will always protect him and give him strength and health.
