On November 5, 2025, a solemn meeting entitled “Constitution – strengthening control and Regulation of the transport Complex” was held in the meeting room of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport on the occasion of the Day of the Adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan (November 6).
The event was actively attended and addressed by the management and staff of the central office and structural divisions of the service, as well as invited guests.
During the speeches and exchange of views, it was emphasized that the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, as the most important act of statehood and the most valuable achievement of the independence period, became the foundation of political stability, national unity and sustainable progress of the new Tajikistan during the years of independence.
The participants emphasized that it was on the initiative and leadership of the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, that the current Constitution with its 10 chapters and 100 articles was adopted as a single legal norm and today ensures the protection of human rights and freedoms, the rule of law and the development of a democratic, legal and secular society.
Peace and stability, creation, respect for the values of statehood and the creation of a peaceful and stable life have become possible precisely through the effective implementation of the Constitution.
According to the forum participants, the Constitution is the highest legal document and a symbol of national identity, pride and progress of the Tajik statehood.
In particular, it was emphasized that the norms of the Constitution provide a solid legal basis for strengthening effective control and regulation of the country’s transport complex, and direct management and employees to responsibly perform their professional duties.
At the end of the summit, the participants unanimously expressed their determination to contribute to the effective application of the country’s Constitution and laws, contributing to the further development of the transport industry.
