On the occasion of the “Day of Motor Transport Workers” on July 25, 2023, a solemn event was held in the meeting hall of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport under the leadership of Kurbonzoda Daler Kurbon, the Head of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport, with the participation of employees of the central office and structural divisions of the Service.
Kurbonzoda Daler Kurbon, Head of the State Service on Control and Regulation in the Field of Transport, congratulated all employees and, on their behalf, all carriers, noting that in the Republic of Tajikistan, road transport is one of the main modes of transport, and it is impossible to imagine the daily life of society without transport.
It should be noted that overcoming the communication impasse and turning the Republic of Tajikistan into a transit country has been identified as one of the strategic goals of the state and government, and thanks to the constant efforts of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon, the transport sector has experienced significant development during the country’s independence.
The Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, attached special importance to the state and development of the transport complex and repeatedly issued instructions for the implementation of the industry development project. In one of his messages to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, he also mentioned this.:
The position and development of the transport complex of the Republic in the mountainous conditions of Tajikistan, the formation of transport infrastructure, especially road transport, is one of the main conditions for the development of the national economy. The constantly developing road transport industry of the Republic of Tajikistan contributes to the development of all related sectors of the economy, provides for the creation of new jobs and improves the social environment in society.”
In this process, thousands of kilometers of roads, bridges, and transport infrastructure were built during the period of state independence, thanks to the efforts and direct support of the President of the country, Mr. Emomali Rahmon. Tajikistan has emerged from the communication impasse and has become a unified country.
During the meeting, a number of employees were awarded the badge “Excellent Employee of the State Service on Control and Regulation,” honorary certificates, and memorable gifts.
